My name is Jacob Trevino (JET, my initials, works too!), I am a soul/funk artist based in Houston Texas. I started writing music in 2020, with the goal to create something that was uplifting in a uniquely fun way. Since then, I have been ironing out my performance and writing skills to reach that goal, and have made some incredible memories along that path, such as meeting some incredible musicians and having my first show at Trilogy Brew, to performing in Waco at Common Grounds, and most recently playing several shows with Sofar Sounds!

I am a multi-instrumentalist and singer-songwriter, having begun my musical journey in the fifth grade with the violin. Now, my experience has extended to piano, bass, drums, guitar, and saxophone. To me there is nothing more than playing great music with great people, for people I love, and I can't wait to continue sharing that joy and making amazing memories with people to ultimately reach my initial goal of uplifting and reminding that life is BEAUTIFUL!
